Who is This?

"Taxman" is the title of a song by The Beatles, opening the Revolver album, based on a common personification of tax collection agencies such as the HM Customs and Excise, the Inland Revenue or the Internal Revenue Service. The song's writer, George Harrison, performs the role of a taxman on the song in a tongue-in-cheek manner.
