Who is This?

Clifford J. Levy is an investigative journalist for The New York Times and winner of the 2003 Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on the abuse of mentally ill adults in state-regulated homes. He broke the story on New York State Medicaid fraud in 2005. Since 2007, Levy has been a correspondent at the Times 's bureau in Moscow.
